Questions
What's free, and what do I pay for?
Free is 1 wall. You can collect and approve as many testimonials as you like. The public wall and the embed show 10 of them, with a Raveroll badge. Pro (monthly or yearly) and Lifetime unlock the same paid features: every testimonial, 3 walls, your own colours, fonts and corners, Match my site, single testimonial sharing, and no badge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel a Pro subscription from Manage billing on your walls page. You keep paid features until the period you already paid for ends. Lifetime has no renewal to cancel.
What happens when I cancel?
After the paid period ends, the account returns to Free. The public wall shows 10 testimonials and the badge again. Your testimonials stay in the account. Walls past the free cap stay listed in your dashboard so you can delete them or upgrade. They are not published on the public wall page, embed, or single-testimonial links.
What is founding Lifetime?
The first 100 paid Lifetime purchases are $29 USD or £25. After that, Lifetime is $149 USD or £129. Same features either way. One payment, no renewal.
Is there a fair use limit?
Paid plans are for reasonable use for a single business's testimonial walls. If traffic or storage sits far beyond normal, we may contact you or slow the account down. Raveroll is not a media host beyond testimonial photos.
What is Match my site?
On the Design tab you paste your site URL. We read the page colours, type and corners, and fill the preview. You tweak and save. Free users can try the preview. Saving a matched theme needs Pro or Lifetime.
How do I get the wall onto my site?
Open the Share tab, copy the embed, and pick your site builder for short steps. Or email the code to whoever edits the site. Guides cover Squarespace, WordPress, Wix and Shopify.
How do I ask clients for a testimonial?
On the Collect tab, paste client emails and send an invite, or copy a message and send it from your own email, text, or WhatsApp. Raveroll sends at most two reminders if they have not replied.
Can I change the colours and type?
Yes, on Pro or Lifetime. You set the background, the card, the type, and the corners, or start from Match my site.
What happens if I don't pay?
Your wall stays live with 10 testimonials and the badge. You can keep collecting and approving. Testimonials past those 10 stay in your account.
Do you email my clients?
Only when you send an invite from the Collect tab. You confirm they are your clients and would expect to hear from you. The note is from invites@raveroll.com and replies come to your account email. They can stop the emails in one click. You can still copy a message and send it yourself. You get an email when a testimonial arrives, unless you turn that off.
Can I paste testimonials I already have?
Yes. On the Import tab, paste testimonials you already have, or upload a spreadsheet saved as a .csv file, including a file exported from another tool. Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and email are a guided paste. Imports follow the same public limit as the free plan.

Request a reset link. It works once and expires in 60 minutes. If email resets are off, that page shows how to reach support.
